    Built in the real world.

    Who I am

I build and operate businesses myself.

My perspective comes from being responsible for the work after the plan is made: customers, teams, premises, systems and the decisions that keep a business moving. I welcome conversations with angels, venture capitalists, private investors, family offices, lenders and strategic partners.

    01

    Operator first

I build and run ventures directly, alongside the people and practical systems that make them work.

    Ways to work together

The right role depends on the opportunity.

I’m interested in a practical fit: what the venture needs, what each person brings, and how the terms should work.

    01

    Venture investment

    Equity

Early-stage software and marketplace ventures where the product, operating model and route to market need to work together.

    02

    Property & hospitality

    Capital partnerships

Fixed-interest or profit-share partnerships around acquisitions, development and refinance, with terms agreed for the specific deal.

    03

    Strategic partnership

    Distribution · operations · technology

A practical fit might be distribution, operating capability, technology, or co-founding around a clear opportunity.

    04

    Operator for hire

    Hands-on · board · advisory

I can take an active operating role across a portfolio or acquisition, or contribute at board and advisory level where useful.

    How I approach capital

    Clear terms. Honest assumptions.

A useful partnership starts with clarity about the decision, the risks and the work involved.

    • 01

      Agree terms upfront

Roles, structure and expectations are discussed before anyone commits.

    • 02

      Report clearly

Updates should make the position and decisions easy to understand.

    • 03

      Execute as the operator

I take responsibility for the work I agree to do.

    • 04

      Be straight about assumptions

Plans and projections need to be treated as assumptions, not promised outcomes.

    A direct next step

    Start with a short introduction.

Investor conversations are not charged. Paid advisory is a separate service, only if we agree that is useful.

    1. 01

      Tell me who you are

Share your interests, what you bring and the kind of opportunity you want to discuss. Email or WhatsApp is fine.

    2. 02

      Check the fit

If there may be a fit, we can have an introductory call about the venture, deal and your role.

    3. 03

      Review relevant information

I’ll share relevant details privately, under an NDA where appropriate, before any next step is agreed.

    Frequently asked

    A few useful details.

    Are you raising investment now?

I’m open to conversations around specific ventures and property deals. The details are private, so email me with what you have in mind and I can tell you whether there is something relevant to discuss.

What size of investment are you looking for?

It depends on the venture or deal. There is no single target amount that applies across the businesses and property opportunities I work on. Get in touch to discuss what you have in mind.

Do you co-invest, or only operate?

I’m operator-led. My involvement and any capital contribution are agreed case by case; I make no blanket promise about co-investment.

Do you speak with lenders and family offices?

Yes. I’m happy to discuss whether a particular opportunity or property deal is appropriate for a lender, family office or strategic partner.

Is this an offer to invest?

No. This page is for information only, not an offer or invitation to invest. Any opportunity will be discussed privately with suitably qualified or eligible persons, subject to appropriate documentation.
